Christmas Gift Guide 2019

Last few days to get in all of the Christmas shopping! Usually I try to get something special for my family members during my trips, but as always, this time of year comes around way too quickly — so I’ve pulled together my personal wish list for inspo, some gifts for mom, and a few really good things for cousins/friends/gift exchanges… Merry almost Christmas!! xx

TOP WISH LIST ITEMS

The very top splurge Christmas item I’d recommend is my Nespresso Creativista Coffee machine. Without a Doubt it is my favorite gift I’ve ever received and it truly is so much greater than any other Nespresso machine I’ve used. Accessory wise — I adore my Chanel bag I bought in Paris and love this little black YSL one to replace my older Rebecca Minkoff. Tech wise I’m way behind the curve but would add AirPods if you don’t already have them

BEAUTY

Christmas time I usually ask for all of my favorite beauty products to stock up on throughout the year. I absolutely LOVE this Goop trial skincare set. I use it during all of my travels, and while it’s on my own Christmas list, it’s also great for moms/sisters/ as well. My all time favorite lipstick is Pillow Talk by Charlotte Tilbury. This gift set is perfect for yourself, moms, gift exchanges, siblings… As well as the other beauty kits I’ve included.

FRAGRANCE

Perfume is another gift I request for Christmas — Chloe Nomad has been my everyday scent and I absolutely love it, but this year Byredo Mohave Ghost and Santal 33 Travel are both on my wish list

JEWELRY

The older I get the more I really appreciate nicer jewelry and have made more of a point to focus on if things are gold, gold plated, gold filled, etc. Missoma makes my favorite to wear “sometimes” pieces while I’ve linked several really high quality “everyday” pieces on my wish list too.

TRAVEL

Because I travel a TON I really really value all of my travel gifts. Cuyana has amazing leather goods, usually once of which is included on my wish list every year. Clothing wise, I’ve really wanted a nice cosy cashmere travel set, and white tennis shoes are always a must.

WORKOUT CLOTHES

I’m quite particular with my workout clothes so prefer to try these on in store, but I do love a new running shoe every year. Last year I asked for my APLs, this year these ADIDAS are at the top of my list.

SISTERS/COUSINS/FRIENDS

Lots of the things I’ve pulled would definitely work for siblings or family members, but if you’re wanting specific items for the fam, I’d definitely recommend a daily edited customized phone case or a cute beauty set my this adorable French brand.

MOMS/AUNTS/ MOTHER IN LAWS

I always love a luxury scented candle, something really cosy, or a beautiful jewelry piece — I love these earrings, as well as a thoughtful frame + sentimental picture.

DADS/BROTHERS/BOYFRIENDS

These are where I try to get more sentimental — I got my Dad a Harris Tweed Coat from Scotland and my brother a nice golf set from St. Andrews Golf course since he’s going in 2020. For new year’s I’m flying to Australia to be with the BF so definitely sticking to more sentimental things in this area — but if you want more tangible items, here are some good ones for the guys.
